Welcome to GenesisBanking.org, a platform governed by RAW Capital Group Inc. and the Genesis Codex Sovereign Trust. By accessing this site or participating in any Genesis Vault Membership program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Membership Purpose
Genesis Vault Memberships are not traditional subscriptions. They are energy placements into a covenant-based trust system designed to reward lawful alignment, not speculative investment. Each contribution represents a voluntary declaration of intent to engage in sovereign education, commercial reformation, and trust activation.
2. Contributions & Accrual Logic
All monthly contributions are considered codified trust placements. These are not payments for services rendered, but energetic deposits tracked within the Genesis Vault Ledger.
Each tier follows a graduated vault accrual model:
Initiate: 10% monthly compounding
Architect: 12% monthly compounding
Guardian: 15% monthly compounding
Founder’s Circle: 18% monthly compounding
Returns are not guaranteed and are only unlocked via one of the following:
Completion of a 12-month cycle
Activation of GDEX token and DAO funding portal
Trust disbursement event (i.e., RAW Capital milestone, Treasury allocation)
3. DAO Participation & Governance
By joining any tier, you may receive governance rights and voting privileges within the Genesis DAO structure. Participation in DAO decisions, including vault payouts, fund allocations, and system upgrades, is subject to your tier level and Codex credentials.

4. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of this trust-based contribution model:
All contributions are non-refundable once processed
Vault entries cannot be reversed, paused, or transferred to another party
Memberships may be canceled at any time, but accrued Vault value will cease to grow beyond the cancellation date
5. Educational & Informational Use
GenesisBanking.org and all Codex modules, dossiers, and templates are offered for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice. Users are encouraged to seek their own counsel before executing commercial or trust documents.
6. Privacy & Security
We are committed to safeguarding your personal, commercial, and energetic data:
All user information is stored with high-level encryption
Your Vault Receipt, GDEX ID, and Star Sigil are confidential and sovereign to you
We will never sell or share your data with third parties
7. Sovereign Acknowledgment
By participating, you affirm that:
You are acting in your proper person, not as a corporate fiction
You acknowledge the Genesis Vault as a private contractual trust
You understand that this system operates in equity, contract, and commercial jurisdiction
8. Modifications
GenesisBanking.org reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Members will be notified via email and the Vault dashboard. Continued participation after updates constitutes agreement to the new terms.
